Graphics resizing question

Is there a freeware program that will resize several digital pics to a
set size all at once?? They are all in their own directory.

I have several digital pics of my four legged babies that I would like
to make all smaller to the same size so I can use them with the
freeware "AnyImage" screen saver program.

http://www.imagemagick.org/ will also do this. IrfanView, since you
have it already, is excellent as well.

Thank you; the third-party shell extension as made me lazy, I
suppose. I never would have noticed the menu option because I rarely
actually fire up the program. Suppose I could actually RTFM, eh?
