Graphics Question?

Do you know if its better to let your graphics package handle the printing
colours or your printer? I've seen this option and not sure which is best? I
suppose i could try both and then decide. Just want others opinions also? Im
using photoshop with a canon printer.
 
Depends on whether or not the printer does a satisfactory job. In
printer is usually faster IF it can handle the particular job. YMMV
