I have a problem with some graphics on a website that are html encoded such
as ones that provide a link to another site or page. They do not appear on
my screen. I do not even get the little red x in a box like you get when it
did not load correctly. I know the image w/link exists because when I use a
different computer, it is there. I have this problem with Explorer and
FireFox. I just switched to Explore 7.0 and it is still a problem. I have
searched everywhere to find a setting or something that is preventing the
image/link to appear. I cannot find anything. Does anyone have any ideas or
solutions?

Thanks,
Joe
