Graphics Card Problems

I had a problem with my graphics card, so purchased a new
one, which I installed, BUT.... when I look in device
manager, the computer says that the "device cannot be
started". Any suggestions??? Please!!!

You should go to the mfg web site dwnload the latest drivers for xp,then ope
system properties(R.click my computer,properties),device mgr,R.click the ol
display adapter,uninstall,close out,reboot.Back on desktop,open new driver
for card.
