Graphics card error? or RAM error?

When i Reboot my windows xp pro i get the following BSOD when attempting to
load windows

Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

With a error message:
STOP: 0x00000050 (0xc6fd935c,0x00000000,0x8052a8e4,0x00000000)

Can someone tell me why this error occurs ?

If i change my ram timings, i may be able to load windows after a full power
off. But the next time i press reload, i'm stuck with this error again.

Okay - i May have been a sleep.. I forgot a lot additional information.

The computer is brand new, i ordered all parts seperately and build it my own.
The parts are:
Motherboard: Abit AB9 pro
CPU: Intel Core2Duo E6600 conroe (2,4 ghz 4mb l2)
RAM: OCZ platinium 2*1024 DDR800 4-5-4-15 timings
Harddrive: 2x WD raptor 74 gb (and 2 old IDE drives)
DVD-RW: Samsung SATA 18x
GFX: XFX GF 7950GT Overclocked - passive cooled
PSU: Chill innovation 450W

I did a memtest allready after the first BSOD.
Memtest 86 ran 5 times without any errors
Windows memory diagnostic (from vista rc2) found no errors either

Yesterday I continued looking for the cause, and when I uninstalled my
Nvidia display drivers my computer ran normally. No BSOD so far and no
artifacts during post (after a reboot - which caused the BSOD-errors)
