Graphic Loads Every Time I Shut Down Ect

When I reboot my computer and just before Windows completes the end of
the reboot a picture comes up and stays for about 20 seconds. The same
thing happens when Windows reboots. Windows logs on and just because
before Windows reaches the desktop the same picture comes up and stays
for the same 20 seconds. I had thought it was a windows service or
startup file but that doesn't seem the proble

You probably changed them (or someone or some program did) with a desktop
theme type program. What is the image of? Do you like it? Do you want to
change it?
