GPO to set exchange server

Hi
Can anyone let me know how to set the the exchange server
for users by using GPO. We are using Outlook 2000 or 2002,
I've looked through the resource kits but can't find the
were to set this.

I'm not positive about this, but, I believe this setting needs to be set in
the Custom Installation Wizard whilst building an admin install point of
