gpo install

I created a gpo for windows defender installation through computer
configuration, windows components, scripts by adding windowsdefender.msi /qn
to strartup scripts. How can I assure that if the program is installed
already the policy will stop the installation?

I don't know this answer. You might post in .install as well, and, for
better results, perhaps in a forum related to Active Directory or server
type issues, or perhaps one related to the Windows Installer itself.
