GPO Default Domain Ctrl access

After installating my second DC, whenever I open the default Domain controller GPO, i get this error
Failed to open theGroup Policy. You may not have the appropriate rights. The system cannot find the path specified
Can someone help me with thi
 
Saravanan, please very TCP/IP DNS settings are correct. Can you resolve the
FQDN of the domain as well the server name?

Yes chris, i can resolve all servers in the domain via FQDN. I have no DNS issue. Any other suggestion
