GoTo function in a template

Can we define in a Word so called "stop codes" or "bookmark positions" in
different spots of a template or in a document that can be afterwards
automatically and sequentially reached with the use of a sequence key; thus
speeding up the way a document or a template can be updated.

One way is to use MACROBUTTON fields and then move between them using F11
(forward) or Shift+F11 (backward).
