got part of nero 7 for vista downloaded,will not install

Vista will not let it install or unistall from control panel,how to get it
out so i can try it again?????????? any ideas anyone

Right Click on the Setup.EXE and run as administrator. If nero is already
installed, it will ask you if you want to uninstall it. Say yes, then let
the install continue.

there is a utility on the Nero website called Nero Cleaner, that will
totally erase Nero form your PC, then it should reinstall fine (common
problem)

i have a similar problem, my Nero installed partway then vista said it
wasnt compatible...blah blah blah, then the installation crashed, its
shown on the add remove programs but the uninstaller wont run, saying it
cannot remove a registry string, the uninstaller then exits and
attempting to install the new nero from the nero website, starts
installing then the dialog box vanishes (the installer is still workign
in teh background) but nothing is being installed or uninstalled.

Goto Nero site and download general clean tool,this will clean out any nero
program on your pc. Now you can install nero again.
