Got a problem

Well i was playing a game i like on the internet and someone asked me to add there msn, so i added him/her and then they sent me a email so thinking nothing of it i opened it from the junk folder and clicked show content. After we started talking he said that he now has my ip adress and the email i opened was a keylogger. Is this posible just from opening it and how can i get rid of it these are the files that start when my computer starts. So here are some picture and i am sorry about how bad they turned out but never mind also please have a loook and let me know what ones are not safe and please state the best way to get rid of them. thanks

I also suggest that you post a HJT log over at bleeping computers. Download the hijackthis program and then post it at the link above they will be able to help you clear up any remainders that are left behind.
