Google Taskbar & Popup Blocker

I have 2 questions.

1. Is there any advantage in using the Google Task Bar Popup Blocker over
the built in EI Popup Blocker? They will not work together.

2. Is there any advantage in using the Google Task Bar at all?

Mickey: I use both of them, and they work fine together for me.

When I had both turned on IE caught popups and Google did not update its
counter. When I turned IE popup blocker off then Google would block popups
and IE would display an icon at the bottom indicating that no popups were
blocked. Maybe one will catch what the other misses but I don't like the
misleading icon.

Why use them both? I never have problems with the IE popup blocker.

I'm just trying to find a need for the Google Taskbar. It seems to just take
up 1/2 inch of space in the window without actually adding any new functions.

Hello,
Mickey: [Google Toolbar]
I'm just trying to find a need for the Google Taskbar. It seems
to just take up 1/2 inch of space in the window without actually
adding any new functions.

Let's try my new innovative Quero Toolbar, which is a combination of search
and address bar. You will save the 1/2 inch, because Quero allows you to
both access urls, search the web and find keywords within the current page.
I am currently working on the first update which will add many useful
features such as "find as you type" to Internet Explorer.
