Google Talk ...

I've installed googletalk on my windows comp, anyone who doesn't have my gmail address PM me for it :)
I haven't go a headset for it yet though so the quality won't be great. But I'll fix that as soon as I can :)

Any speakers or headphones will do the job , you don't actualy need a headset .
