Google and/or IE toolbar Issue

This morning it seems that some sort of setting has gotten reset on my
computer. My Google toolbar used to appear underneath my address bar but now
it's all squished to the right of the address bar. How do I make adjustments
so that it goes back to appearing underneath my address bar? Thanks!

Close all but one IE window. Right click an empty area of IE's toolbar, and
uncheck "Lock Toolbars" if necessary. You should see a small vertical
"raised" line on the left of your Google toolbar. Move your cursor over it
until it turns into a double arrow. Left click and hold, and then drag the
Google toolbar down to below your address bar, positioning it where you want
it. Then left click IE's toolbar as before and then click "Lock Toolbars".
