How do I remove the google address that always shows up in my address bar,
guess it came from making google my default search engine- where doI make
the registry change ??

In Internet Explorer select from the toolbar, Tools/Internet Options and
change your homepage to whatever you want.

You don't make a registry change, Brenda.
Go to Internet Explorer, then Tools, Internet Options, and under the General
tab you can alter your startup page to anything you like.

Must be having a senior moment , for some reason I don't recall the address
always showing in my address bar until I got rid of some spyware, can't
trust very many sites anymore -
