Good Pop-Ups will not load

When I visit a site that opens a new window, I get nada... a white
window, with the XP flag waving in the wind.

My 411
XP pro - all updates - removed all pop-up blockers, Google toolbar,
and ran Adaware and S&D.... Even started with all Startup/Services
(other than MS) turned off. Same thing.

HELP... I'm ready for anything short of a full reformat.

It constantly amazes me by how many people think that the computer must die when something goes wrong. Reformatting is only required in the direst of circumstances, but enough ranting. Are you sure that you have Flash player or Shockwave? It may be required to view that site page. If after installing those it still doesn't work, post the site and I look into it further.

You may have to disable your pop-up blocker,temperarily,
to get it, if you have the free pop-up stopper, by
Panicware, just press 'Ctrl' when click on link, will
disable briefly to get the pop-up. Hope this helps.
