Gold Bar Underline Problem

Hello!
If someone can help me find this problem, I would
appreciate it! I have a 'gold underline' that appears
beneath words on various websites. It is not on all
words, just a few. When I point to them, an ad pops up
for the mouse description box. I am not sure what to
look for to rid myself of this annoyance. Any help would
be appreciated!

Did you install Kazza, IMesh .... ?

Try looking in Add/Remove programs for:

TopText
eZula
HotText

Uninstall them and then try again.
Also checking your computer for Spy/Ad aware won't hurt;
