two genral questions to start with 1) will microsoft office 2002 programs
work with frontpage 2003 and 2) is it necessary to find a host with windows
sharepoint services to access data from online.
 
1. Yes
2. Depends on what you mean. If you want to use am MS Access or SQL Server
Database and ASP pages then you need a Windows Server. If it's just plain
HTML pages then you don't. Neither require SharePoint Services unless you
want a SharePoint Site. You only need the FrontPage Server Extensions.
