It's a "spy-programme".
Probably installed together with Kazaa.

Uninstall the sob...
 
I am using Ad-Aware 6.0 currently
It seems to be doing a good job
It detected over 145 different files and reg entries on my comp that are spy
Unbelievable!

Is there anything else that I can do to keep my computer clean from spyware
in the future ?

Get SpywareGaurd. Also get SpybotS&D and use it in addition to AdAware -
I've seen many cases where one would find something the other missed.

Get updates to Adaware regularly - one came out today, at
www.lavasoftusa.com
