Error message when trying to uninstall Kazaa

I purchased a used computer with Windows XP operating
system. This computer has Kazaa installed on it. When I
try to uninstall Kazaa, I get an error message that says:

RUNDLL
error in c: winnt system32 cdclint.dll
missing entry:ServiceRunDll

How can I uninstall Kazaa?
 
Just reinstall everything from a CD (delete the original installation).
