Is there any problem with having 2 GC's in the same
domain. I know that the first domain controller up in the
Forest is set to be a GC but what if I set another one up
and make it a GC also?? I need help. My exchange 2000
server stops processing requests when my GC goes off line.

There is no prob with having multiple GC's, in fact I would recommend it. GO
into ADS&S default first site>ntds properties> check the box. The only
situation you might consider is replication accross slow WAN links, but this
is also solved easily.
