Hi, All!

Here we have frorest, for example - domain.com.
Root DC running Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition.

Child domain region1.domain.com.
DC running Windows 2000 Server.

Both DCs are GC.

So we have such problem as DC on region1.domain.com in GC have some objects
in naming context DC=domain,DC=com that are alredy deleted on DC domain.com
and not apearing in GC on domain.com.

My question is how to run full repilcation of GC for this naming context?

Have you run DCDIAG and NETDIAG to see what the problems might be?

Are both DCs pointing to the same DNS Server? Does that DNS server host
both DNS zones? Can you run an NSLOOKUP query to find both servers?

Yes - I ran DCDIAG and NETDIAG on both sides and there are no any problems.

DC on DOMAIN.COM host its primary zone integrated in AD and secondary zone
of REGION1.DOMAIN.COM.

DC on REGION1.DOMAIN.COM host its primary zone integrated in AD and
secondary zone of DOMAIN.COM.

Zones updates succesfuly and changes transfers to both DNS servers.

And I have to say that new changes in NC DOMAIN.COM replicates succesfuly to
DC on REGION1.DOMAIN.COM.

Try running replmon

Add all your servers, right click on one of the server and select generate
report and select all options. Review the generated report.

You can also right click on a server and request full replication.

I made reports for both servers - there are no errors at all.

I tried to replicate using REPADMIN /syncall /e /A - new changes replicats
successfuly

Could there have been a time when the one server was isolated for an
extended period of time so that the object deletions weren't replicated. I
believe greater than 90 days.

Worse -- 60 days. Although I've heard talk that 2003 SP1 increases this to
over 200...

Obviously it can be changed though.
