Global Address List

Hi, I installed Office 2007 on a workstation for a new user. We use
Exchange 2003. This person is setup on the Exchange Server in Active
Directory. After configuring Outlook on her computer which is running Vista
Ultimate OS, she is able to send and receive emails fine. The problem is
when other workers in our office, about 10 of us, go to a new mail message to
send to this person, her name does not show up in the Global Adrress List.
If you start typing in her name it will bring up her complete email address,
but would like it to show up in the Address list. We have one other person
in our company that use Vista, and he can see her fine in the Address list.
Everyone else uses Windows XP, and nobody can see her in the list. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
