Global Address List Issues.

I have a question pertaining to the global address list. Some computers I am
using have Office 2000, and some have Office 2003. I would like the global
address list to be the default contacts list that comes up when Outlook is
opened. I would like the different address lists to be listed on the left
side of the screen so that I can toggle between the different lists. Anyone
know how to do this? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not possible. The Global Address List is not an Outlook contacts list. It is
an address list. herefore, it can only appear when you invoke the address
book, either by itself or by clicking To on a message.
