Address Book for 'Find a Contact'

Hi,

I am using the Find a Contact combo box on the Standard toolbar, but
the names suggested are coming from my Contact List, not the Global
Address List.

The Address Book options I have set up are:

Show this address list first: --> Global Address List
Keep personal addresses in: --> Contacts
When sending email, check names using these
address lists in the following order: --> (1) Global Address List; (2)
Contacts;

Any help you can lend would be appreciated.

This is normal behavior. The "Find a Contact" command searches your Outlook data, not the GAL. If you want to search the GAL, you'll need to use the Find command on the Address Book dialog.
