Ghost Reminder - how removed?

I had problems with Office Outlook 2003. Used Inbox Repair Tool (SCANPST.EXE)
to fix. Now this "ghost reminder" pops up everytime that I open Outlook. I
searched Calendar, no such appointment. When I try to Dismiss the reminder, I
get a message that the operation could not be completed due to incorrect
parameters. Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this annoyance?
