Getting video to work in the "News Video Inset Title"

Doese anyone know how to get the newspaper or News Video title to show any image other than the basic color background?

Hi Jay, just type your title and drag it to overlap title in the timeline
under the clip you want to see in the newspaper. hope this will help"Jay"
