how to add videos to titles

how do you add videos to certain titles such as the newspaper one, or is that
not possible?

apply it on top of the clip... or if it's on the video track, drag it from
there down to the title overlay track of the timeline. From there, move it
to any position in the project and the picture or video clip on the video
track will be shown in the newspaper.

Try these steps:

Drag a video clip to your Timeline.

Go to...Tools / Titles and Credits / Title on the selected clip.

Type your text for the headline..

Left click...Change the title animation.

Select Newspaper.

Left click...Done, add title to movie.

Left click the Play button on the Viewscreen.
