Getting rid of links folder in favorites

Mike Goldsworthy

Hi -
i keep trying to get rid of the two folders in the
favorites that microsoft automatically put with my
ie...links and mobile favorites. everytime that i delete
them, they show back up. they aren't a spyware or
anything because they were a part of it when i got
it...anyone know how to get rid of these, or is it an
evil plan by microsoft to tell me how to organize my
favorites?

Paranoia aside...

If you don't want to see the valuable Links folder, then set the
attributes to Hidden.
