getting rid of an opening 'dialog" box in a word doc

My partner and I write a weekly newsletter or our kids' school and we are
enjoying using a template we downloaded from the HP website. (Sorry its a
competitor) This "word" template is working well, although we cannot figure
out how to REMOVE an annoying dialog box that pops up whenever the document
is opened which prompts us to learn more about an HP product by clicking
YES!
Arrrgh!
Any help on removing this annoying box?
