Getting "Net Meeting Remote Desktop Sharing" NOT to run on startup

Is there anyway to get "Net Meeting Remote Desktop Sharing" not to run on
startup, and not to appear in the task bar?

Msconfig, startup tab?
 
Disable it in NetMeeting. Tools, Remote Desktop Sharing. Uncheck it.
