Getting message "Interface not registered" using Word as editor

I created a new user profile and when in that profile using Outlook I'm
trying to send an email with the option to use Word as my editor. I'm
getting the message "Interface not Registered".

I've opened up Work in the new profile and everything is OK. Any suggestions?
