word as email editor receive error Interface not registered

When I try to use word as my email editor I receive the error interface not
registered.

Hi,
try
Click Start | Run (bottom- left corner of your screen).
In the "Open" box, type:
winword /r

and press Enter. Note that there is a space before the forward slash
