Getting Latest Version of Outlook 2003

How can I determine if I have the latest version of Outlook 2003? I go into
Help and then "Check for Updates". It brings me to a Microsoft Download
site, and I enter Office 2003 for the search. It brings up many downloads,
and I am not sure which one to download.

I am trying to make sure my wife and I have the same version of Outlook.
Right now her version is different from mine, and even her Outlook frames
look different from mine.

A second question, which may not not be related. One reason I want to see
if we are in synch with versions is that I can download my Outlook Contacts
to my Palm Tungston E with no problem, whereas when I connect her Palm it
gives me an "Outlook contacts did not synch" error. In troubleshooting this
problem, I thought it best to see if the versions are causing the problem.

Thanks, Steve

Visit the page http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx
and click the "Check for Updates" link.

Click Help>About in each to see how the versions differ.

While I have no experience with Palm-based PDAs (mine have all been
PocketPCs), I know it's quite easy to sync one PDA with two computers.
However, unless you want them to be identical, it's more problematic to sync
two PDAs with one PC. In the PocketPC world, you have to create a separate
partnership with the desktop for each PDA. Do you know for a fact that your
sync software allows syncing two PDAs with the same desktop?
