getting ERROR MSG after closing Explorer

I am getting a message after using Internet
Explorer6. " Explorer program has caused an illegal
operation " After selecting " details " the message
continues with " Explorer caused an invalid page fault in
module MSJAVA.DLL ".

I have download a re-install but still doesn't fix it.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is ?
