Getting error msg after a Security Manager

What does this mean? I get this message when I boot up.
Curtains (the program I installed) could not open the
windows policy registry key and was unable to change user
restrictions.

In all probability, it means that Curtains is running under your user
account's credentials, and your account does not have sufficient privileges
to modify that portion of the registry.
