Go to the website where you first downloaded the game and see if there
is an updated version.

Google the name of the 'Dart' game along with some of the key words
contained in the errors to see if others are having the same errors.

Try running the game in Windows 98 or 95 Compatibility Mode.

Go get a real dart board and play some darts with a friend - no errors
there.

Good luck,

You said: "I have a Dart game downloaded that I have had for some time"

In other words you have an old game that you installed (downloaded) from
an old CD and it's not working well.

Again, go to the game manufacturer's website and see if there are any
updates available for your game. Also, look for a FAQ that might have
information on the problem.

Run it in Windows Compatibility Mode: Click - 'START' then click 'Help
and Support'. In the Search box, type: compatibility mode. Under 'Fix a
Problem' click 'Getting older programs to run on Windows XP'. READ!
