Services.exe errors

Repeatedly getting NT Authority\System Shutdown error that says:
"Windows/System32/Services.exe (with status codes of either 0 or 1073741819)
terminated unexpectedly and will be shutdown" . Event error log description
says: "Faulting Application services.exe, version 5.1.2600.5512, faulting
module rpcrt4.dll, version 5.1.2600.5512, fault address 0x0000cb6b" - can't
find anything on how to correct - PLEASE HELP !!

Hi John,

You have a Virus on your system.

The easier solution is to reformat and reinstall your operating system.

But, have you tried Windows System Restore, first?

I have not tried Windows system restore yet, was hoping to find a fix before
going there, or reformating and reinstalling OS as a last resort. I will try
to restore first. Thanks
