getting error message for fax setup

I am trying to setup the fax service and when it tells me to install the
service pak 2 disc and click ok, I do that and then I get an error message
saying the setup cannot copy the file fxsext32.dl_.
What is wrong? I really need to get this installed so that I can
send/receive faxes.
Isn't this part of the software that you buy?
Any suggestions or step-by-step setup instuctions would be greatly
appreciated!!!
