getting consistency check about 2 weeks after installment

My problem is I get consistency check repeatedly after 2 weeks or so.
I check the hdd with windows hdd checker and with the hdd suppliers own
checker.
Nothing wrong there. I also received a bluescreen and ended up having to
reinstall xp again. Now I get consistency check again and im going mad.
Any help appreciated
