Hi members
For the last few days when i switch on xp tries to start
then i get need to check c for consistency then chkdsk start up it takes
about 2 hrs to check then reboots and win xp starts. I have win onecare
installed and run tuneup no errors , on restarting pc it still does chkdsk as
there nothing wrong is there any way to stop chkdsk.robin

You might find an 'autocheck' entry (value) that can be deleted at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session
Manager\BootExecute
