getting blue screen when playing games

I have a p4 with 512ram windowsxphomeedition.nvidia4 geforce 128
i have updated to the latest drivers
i am getting blue screens when playing games.here is an example

You may be running to hot, Ram flaky and try a different Nvidia Driver.

i do not know what is causing this please help me

Depending on the game, 512 MB may not be enough, as Rich says. Heat buildup
can also be a big problem in gaming. You should download and run this
program that monitors just about every aspect of your computer, and check
that the CPU temperature does not get too hot during a game. You may need a
better heatsink and fan.
