Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties,
Hardware,Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?

Try Start, Run, type "sigverif.exe" without quotes and hit OK. What
drivers are listed as unsigned? Disregard those which are not checked.

What is your computer make and model?

What is your Windows XP CD as it is described on the face of the CD?

1. Here is a screenshot of the drivers check.

2. there are a few related to my ati ALL-IN-WONDER 9000 with error code
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
3. i got a Intel pentium 4 with 1 gig ram and 2.8 mhz built by the IT team
in my company.
4. it has volume licencing installed. so i dont know how to provide the info
u need. let me know how i can get it.
