Getting around Lost Passwords for Outlook Express

Recently my girlfriend changed her password for Outlook
Express. Now she can't remember it and we can not access
it. It keeps requiring a password before we can open it.
Can anyone tell me how to get around this if there is a
way.

situation to them. Your ISP is your only source
for email server passwords.
