~~~ Getting and saving updates ! ~~~

I reinstalled Windows XP SP2. I have not updated Windows yet. I want to save
the updates for future (so that i can reinstall them if i reinstall windows
again). What can be the easiest way to download and update my current
Windows installation ?

It might help with your problem. Save the updates to a flash
drive/CD/DVD and install them (they're .exe files) when you reinstall
Windows.
