Getting a Motorola Q to work with Vista

Is anyone having any luck? I can't get Windows Mobile Device Manager to
sycn. It does not recognize the device.
 
not yet. I am on the phone with microsoft now. Mine was working fine and I
believe that live onecare is helping it not work.
