Getting a message when I start Outlook. " The add-in printform.dl.

I am running Outlook 2000 and when I start the program I am getting the
error" The add-in printform.dll could not be installed or loaded. Does anyone
know why I am getting this error and how I can fix it?

get the error on start up. Thanks again.
