I have deleted a com add in and now get error message on start up

I have deleted a com add in by accident but was no longer in use. I now get
error message on every Outlook start up. When I ok the error message Outlook
loads as normal but how can I get rid of the message.
The message is
The add-in"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage (then rest of path) .dll"
could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by Detect and
Repair
Unable to load etc
I have tried detect and repair but no joy
Can anyone help

Deleted in which way?
You must run the Repair on the application that installed the COM addin.
