Error message and no PST file for Inbox Repair????

I'm using Outlook 2003 and have been for several years with no problem.
Suddenly now when I tried to open Outlook, I get the following error message
first:
The add-in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\ActExt.dll" could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help
menu.

So I click OK and then get the following message:
The add-in "C"\Program Files\Google\Google Desktop
Search\GoogleDesktopO..." could not be installed or loaded. This problem may
be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.

So I OK out of that message and Outlook opens but is not usable.

I run "Detect and Repair" but no errors are found.

I've tried the Inbox Repair but there is no .PST file to be found anywhere
on my computer.

So I uninstalled ALL of Office and reinstalled but get the same messages.

I am unable to use Outlook at all for mail.

If anyone has any advice, it will be very much appreciated because I'm at a
loss.

uninstall Act and Google Desktop

Your PST is held in a hidden folder. You would have to enable the ability to
view hidden folders and also known file extensions then do a search to find
it. Use Windows Explorer to do this. Tools > Folder Options > View.

Google Desktop is a problem, I would uninstall it. It often causes more
problems than it fixes.

If you've uninstalled and reinstalled Office, you should create a new
profile for yourself:

Then when you want to access your PST file, use File > Open and browse to
the PST. However, while Outlook is closed, I would run scanpst.exe against it
first. You may have to run it repeatedly, until it doesn't find any more
errors.

To locate scanpst.exe, use your Search (file & folders) feature. Start > Run

Search. Double-click it and follow the instructions, browsing to your PST

file.
